While we employ a number of measures to ensure reliable delivery, some of our customers may find that some of their emails are ending up in the Junk E-mail folder of their recipients.  In these cases, the message has been delivered, but for a few reasons the subscriber’s email client sorts the email to a junk or spam folder.  The good news is that we have some remedies to ensure that does not happen.
